Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

Contact delinquent borrowers via phone calls, SMS, emails,
Remind clients of overdue payments and explain possible consequences of noon payment
Update loan repayment status in the companys database or loan management system.
Negotiate and set up repayment plans that align with company policies and the borrower capacity
Monitor repayment agreements and follow up
Maintain confidentiatility when handling clirnt information
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery repports and management.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N90,000 - N180,000 per month.Method of Application
