Our client, a reputable player in the Nigerian real estate sector, is seeking to hire a result-oriented and self-motivated Sales/Outdoor Marketer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales through direct marketing, client engagement, field activations, and effective follow-up strategies.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and engage potential buyers through field marketing, referrals, and cold calls.Promote and present available properties to clients in a persuasive and professional manner.Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, property tours, and open house events.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, pricing, and market trends.Submit periodic reports on sales activities and client feedback to the Sales Manager.Requirements:HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.2-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, outdoor marketing, or direct sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.High level of self-confidence, resilience, and motivation to work under pressure.Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.Must be Lagos-based and willing to work on the field extensively.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work with a reputable real estate brand.Career growth and professional development.How to Apply:
