Salary: 400,000Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal Associate with strong litigation and commercial law experience. The successful candidate will provide sound legal advisory services, represent clients in court, draft and review contracts, handle debt recovery matters, and contribute to business development initiatives while upholding the highest professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation & Dispute Resolution: Draft and file court processes, develop case strategies, liaise with witnesses, and manage cases from initiation to resolution.Contracts & Transactions: Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of agreements (service, joint venture, financing, lease, construction, NDA, etc.).Advisory Services: Provide legal opinions, conduct due diligence, and advise on corporate governance, shareholder rights, and regulatory compliance.Debt Recovery: Develop and implement effective strategies for tracing, negotiating, and recovering debts.Legal Research & Compliance: Monitor, interpret, and apply new laws/regulations to ensure clients receive timely and commercially relevant advice.Client & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and represent the firm at meetings and networking events.Professional StandardsMaintain strict confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.Adhere to firm policies, professional standards, and the Rules of Professional Conduct.RequirementsEducation: LL.B, B.L. (additional qualifications will be an advantage).Experience: 4-6 years post-call experience in litigation and commercial practice.Strong legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.High professional integrity and ability to work under pressure.Application MethodQualified and interested candidates should send their CV to:
