She/ He works with other senior members of the firm to prepare thedeals for the investment committee and effectively liaises with key stakeholders.RequirementsDesired RequirementsPreferred graduate degree in business or finance.8+ years of relevant experience including at least 3 years’ experience from a reputable private equity firm with an existing track record.Solid track record in deal origination, structuring, due diligence, risk analysis, portfolio management and exits.Has successfully played a key role in raising and managing multi-million-dollar PE funds.Implemented rigorous due diligence processes and risk assessment frameworks to ensure investment viability and minimize potential downside risks.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytical skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively.Comfortable leading initiatives as well as working well in a collaborative team environment.High degree of integrity and personal and professional ethicsDesire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization.Proficiency in French is highly desired.***Expat and locals with cognate experience working in Africa francophone countries are encouraged to Apply!BenefitsHighly Competitive + Interesting Benefits.
