The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless delivery of healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all operational activities across departments
Ensure timely distribution and availability of health products and diagnostics
Develop and implement efficient systems, SOPs, and KPIs to drive productivity
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support growth targets
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control across operations
Monitor budgets, resources, and inventory to reduce wastage and maximize ROI.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management (preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors)
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and regulatory standards
Results-oriented with a passion for impactful healthcare delivery.

Salary
