Employment Type: ContractResponsibilities

Partner with management to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives
Act as a strategic partner to the Management to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements

B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Experience in a sales-focused environment is key
Willing to work on-site 2days per week.

Salary
