They're in search of a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team and drive brand awareness and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on the organization's growth while reporting directly to the CEO.To carry out your role…You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns. Your creativity will shine as you create captivating content for various channels like social media, radio, television, email marketing, and the website. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing their digital presence and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.The ideal candidateThe ideal candidate is smart and scrappy, willing to figure out what you don't know to get stuff done with minimum supervision.This person has a bias towards action and would rather get stuff done than overthink it. Lastly, this person has excellent taste and a very high bar for what goes into the marketYour Key Responsibilities

Public Relations Responsibility: You will develop relationships with relevant media outlets and pitch stories to gain positive press coverage.
Marketing Responsibility: You will develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Brand Responsibility: You will take great care to establish PressOne as a world-class brand to the public, potential customers, employees and investors.
Content Responsibility: You will take responsibility for quality of content across all social media and digital channels; ensuring consistent visual identity and tone of voice.
Stakeholder Management Responsibility: You will organize and participate in industry networking events; to connect with regulators, potential customers & partners.
Partnerships Responsibility: You will identify and collaborate with other organizations or individuals to expand reach and achieve marketing goals.

What you should have

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role with at least 3-6 years PR experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills which could be demonstrated by communicating directly with the CEO.
Excellent taste in design.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices.
