Knowledge Management and Communications Lead

• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and satisfaction.

• Manage knowledge effectively within the organization.

• Oversee social media channels and content to engage audiences.

• Produce informative and captivating press releases, press kits, newsletters, and marketing materials.

• Compile comprehensive media activity reports.

• Coordinate the design, content, and production of marketing materials.

• Collaborate with various marketing departments to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies.

• Supervise projects to ensure content readiness for publication.

• Create communication and marketing plans for new products, launches, events, and promotions.

• Address communication-related issues promptly and efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Proven experience creating targeted content.

• Proven experience connecting with the media industry (TV, News etc).

• Knowledge of graphic designing.

• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
