• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to join our team.
• The Inventory Officer will be responsible for overseeing inventory management and control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
• The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a warehouse environment and possess strong analytical skills.

• Maintaining and updating inventory records
• Conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies
• Monitoring inventory movements, including receiving, issuing, and stock transfers
• Recording discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses and improve accuracy
• Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels
• Developing and implementing inventory policies and procedures
• Performing regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and implement process improvements
• Anticipating future inventory needs through data analysis
• Evaluating suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Optimizing inventory control procedures
• Inspecting levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
• Ensuring adequate product stock for all distribution channels and customer demand
• Recording daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
