As the Account Manager at Captain Cook Limited, you play a pivotal role in driving the financial health of our operations.
You'll collaborate closely with our accounting team, ensuring precise financial records, compliance with regulations, and efficient processes to contribute to our business success.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with accountants across various Captain Cook locations to oversee financial activities.
Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards to maintain integrity.
Conduct thorough audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee payroll preparation and administration with precision.
Manage tax filing and financial obligations punctually.
Stay current with evolving accounting practices and regulations.
Provide guidance on Accounts Payable and Receivable procedures.
Generate concise monthly reports comparing revenue to budgets for informed decision-making.
Facilitate training and development of accounting staff to enhance skills.
Leverage accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.
Partner with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements

Possess a B.Sc / B.A in Accounting or related field.
4 - 6 years of practical experience in relevant roles.
An added advantage: M.Sc/MBA credentials showcasing advanced knowledge.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
