Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Oversee branch operations, including sales, credit, and customer service
Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's portfolio and customer base
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MFB policies
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND with 5 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
