• You will explore, identify, and execute new sales avenues to drive revenue growth
• You will oversee our online presence and coordinate with the social media/marketing team to grow the brand
• You will develop and refine operational processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• You will track and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for business decisions
• You will work hand-in-hand with the Founder to execute business plans and scale operations

• Experience in sales, marketing, brand growth, or business operations
• Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and grow fast
