Job Description:Location: Lagos, NigeriaReports To: Executive Director, Corporate ServicesAbout Company: Our client is a leading indigenous energy, investment, and infrastructure advisory firm that specializes in project, infrastructure, M&E, and corporate finance services in Nigeria.The company is seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Services Manager who will oversee the organization’s corporate services operations, including branding, communications, procurement, vendor management, facilities, logistics, CSR/ESG initiatives, and staff support services. S/he will ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and corporate governance.Key Responsibilities:Corporate & Communications Branding:§ Implement corporate branding guidelines across all internal and external platforms.§ Support development and delivery of corporate communications (newsletters, announcements, event collateral).§ Liaise with branding consultants and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency.§ Maintain and update corporate templates, signage, and visual identity assets.§ Oversee production of brochures, business cards, and other marketing collateral.Procurement & Vendor Management:§ Manage sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation for required services.§ Maintain an updated vendor database and performance evaluation records.§ Monitor vendor compliance with SLAs and address performance gaps.§ Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.Travel & Logistics Coordination:§ Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers.§ Negotiate with travel providers for competitive rates and service quality.§ Oversee logistics for events, conferences, and official delegations.§ Ensure proper travel documentation and expense reporting. CSR, Sustainability & ESG Initiatives§ Operationalize the firm’s foundation to deliver targeted CSR and ESG initiatives aligned with the finance sector.§ Develop an annual impact report showcasing sustainability and CSR achievements.§ Manage CSR programs and partnerships with NGOs, partner homes, and other stakeholders.§ Lead sustainability and ESG reporting, compliance, and data collection.§ Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of all CSR and ESG projects.Project & Process Management:§ Support strategic and operational projects through planning and coordination.§ Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.§ Recommend process improvements within Corporate Services.§ Maintain accurate documentation and project status updates.Support Staff & Contractor Management:§ Oversee recruitment, deployment, and performance management of support staff (e.g., drivers, office assistants, cleaners).§ Manage contracts, schedules, and service quality of contract personnel.§ Organize regular training for support staff and contractors.§ Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery.Facilities & Office Management:§ Oversee maintenance, repairs, and functionality of office premises, utilities, and equipment.§ Manage space planning, refits, and workstation allocation.§ Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.§ Control office supply, furniture, and consumable budgets.§ Prepare and manage the annual administrative budget.§ Review and ensure timely payment of bills, verifying accuracy and value for money.§ Oversee procurement requests to ensure timely approval and compliance.§ Maintain positive relations with building management.Events Management:§ Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and team engagement activities.§ Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.§ Coordinate logistics (venue, catering, décor, audio-visual setup, guest management).Produce post-event reports with feedback and improvement recommendationsRequirementsEducation and Experience:§ Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field from a reputable university§ Minimum of eight (8) years progressive post-NYSC work experience in corporate services or related functions (administration, facilities, procurement, vendor management, project coordination)§ Proven experience in managing multi-functional support operations and vendor relationshipsDesired Skills:§ Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills§ Project Management expertise§ Strategic thinking and decision-making ability§ Team leadership and vendor management skills.§ Strong analytical and execution skills§ Client relationship management skills§ Strong commercial acumen§ Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.§ High discretion with confidential matters.§ Demonstrated diligence, maturity, and professionalism.§ Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant AI tools.The following will be added advantages:§ International education and/or work experience.§ Experience in consulting and/or financial services.§ Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution.§ Professional certification in Project Management, Facilities Management, Procurement/Supply Chain, or ESG/Sustainability.BenefitsCompensation: Base pay ranges BTW N55m – N65m annually, largely subject to the level of cognate experience, plus other interesting benefits
