• Supervise all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee ongoing quality assurance, performance measurement, and hospital accreditation processes.
• Establish robust performance metrics and ensure adherence to best clinical practices.

• Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and execute the hospitals vision and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the integration of new medical technologies and service lines (including surgery and digital healthcare solutions).
• Oversee renovation and infrastructure development to align clinical and operational needs with TMCs transformation goals.

• Provide mentorship and direct supervision for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Lead clinical recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives.
• Champion staff development in modern medical, surgical, and wellness techniques.

• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian medical laws, licensing requirements, and patient safety standards.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive risk management strategies, mitigating clinical liabilities.
• Maintain active relationships with regulatory bodies and professional healthcare associations.

• Drive service excellence initiatives to boost patient satisfaction and hospital reputation.
• Oversee comprehensive customer service training for all clinical staff.
• Represent TMC at corporate events, meetings with partners, and industry gatherings.

• Valid license to practice medicine in Nigeria.
• Minimum 10+ years clinical experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or hospital administration role.
• Demonstrated experience in hospital management, quality assurance, and healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, wellness programs, and clinical process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
