Proactively reach out to and onboard new sellers
Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and platform usage
Partner with sellers to understand their goals and develop customized sales plans
Identify and address seller challenges, providing ongoing coaching and support
Analyze seller performance data and recommend strategies for improvement
Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with sellers, building a strong SellersMart community.
