Market Analysis and Research:
  • Conducts market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collects and analyses data to support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Planning and Development:
  • Helps define target markets and positioning strategies.
  • Supports product development and pricing strategies through market feedback.
Team Coordination and Supervision:
  • Assigns tasks, provides training, and evaluates team performance.
  • Facilitates collaboration between departments (e.g., sales, product, and branding).
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
  • Communicates findings and marketing strategies to management and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations to guide leadership decisions.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 years of proven experience.
