We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the construction sector.
The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineer or Builder with strong industry knowledge and an established professional network.

Key Requirements

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
4 - 5 years of experience in building materials sales
Member of NSE or NIOB
Age between 27 and 40 years
Strong network of construction professionals in Lagos and Ibadan
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently
Passion for selling, customer engagement, and revenue generation
Ability to leverage technical background to influence buying decisions
