- Serve as the strategic HR partner and primary point of contact for key accounts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and growth objectives

- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, employment law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with global payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and HR analytics tools
- Understanding of international employment regulations and cross-border compliance frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven client relationship management and business development skills
- Project management experience with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, GPHR) highly valued
- Experience with specific PEO/EOR platforms or international expansion projects
