Job Location: Kado, Abuja (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite weekly)About the Role

We are looking for a creative, smart, and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a focus on promoting travel-related content.
This is a hybrid position, with onsite presence required 2–3 times a week for content creation, team collaboration, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Develop,Design, schedule, and publish engaging travel content
Collaborate with the team on content strategy and campaign planning
Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on performance
Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for social media
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Represent the brand positively and professionally across all platforms

Requirements

Must be presentable, tech-savvy, and camera-friendly
Strong understanding of content creation, page growth, and community engagement
Proficient in basic video editing tools and mobile editing apps
Familiarity with travel content, trends, and destinations
Must not have too many other engagements – dedication is key
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be available for immediate employment
Age Requirement: Must be below 25 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience managing social media for a travel agency is a strong plus
Prior success creating viral or highly engaging social media content
Familiarity with using Canva, Inshot, Capcut and other design and editing tools.
Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid role: Report to the office 2–3 times per week
Remote tasks to be handled independently with check-ins
