As Land Republic Sales Development representative, you would be responsible for driving result-oriented sales strategies, cold-calling, networking and closing deals.
You will be responsible for directing clients through the real estate sales process, from property identification to closure of the deal.
Your ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, understand latest real estate market trends, and provide expert advice to clients will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Inspect properties as at when due
Present our company to potential prospects.
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
At least 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
