As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
You will create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and engage with our online community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media campaigns.
Create and schedule daily content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram).
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management or similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
