Experience Level: 3 - 4 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for a variety of client industries. You will also play a key role in employer branding, talent mapping, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviewsManage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely placementMaintain talent pipelines and proactive talent mapping for future needsDraft job descriptions and ensure consistent employer branding across all channelsProvide weekly recruitment reports to management and clientsCoordinate onboarding support for successful candidatesAdvise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availabilityRequirements & Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field3-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an HR consulting firmStrong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/toolsBenefits:Performance-based bonusHealth insurancePaid annual leaveProfessional development & training opportunitiesCareer growth within a structured HR consultancyHow to Apply:Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and a brief cover email stating their suitability for the role to: using "Talent Acquisition Specialist Ikeja" as the subject of the email.
