- You’re experienced in healthcare, fertility, or service-driven industries (a plus).
- You’re strategic, but equally hands-on with billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- You’re a mentor who can inspire and lead accountants with integrity.
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- You will ensure compliance with tax regulations and healthcare-specific policies.
- You will supervise billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of patient and insurance accounts.
- You will coordinate audits and ensure timely completion.
- You will develop and enforce internal controls to strengthen compliance.
- You will provide financial insights to guide strategic business and clinical decisions.
- You will lead, mentor, and grow the accounting team.
- You will manage vendor relationships, payroll, and procurement tracking.
- You will collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to align finances with patient care goals.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
- Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- At least 8 years of accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in leadership.
- Post-qualification experience of at least 3 years.
- Strong grasp of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Balancing healthcare-specific regulatory demands with everyday accounting.
- Driving efficiency in billing and insurance reconciliations.
