Head of Accounts

• You’re a Chartered Accountant with proven leadership in accounting teams.
• You’re confident managing end-to-end accounting operations in dynamic organizations.
• You’re experienced in healthcare, fertility, or service-driven industries (a plus).
• You’re strategic, but equally hands-on with billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• You’re a mentor who can inspire and lead accountants with integrity.

• You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• You will ensure compliance with tax regulations and healthcare-specific policies.
• You will supervise billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of patient and insurance accounts.
• You will coordinate audits and ensure timely completion.
• You will develop and enforce internal controls to strengthen compliance.
• You will provide financial insights to guide strategic business and clinical decisions.
• You will lead, mentor, and grow the accounting team.
• You will manage vendor relationships, payroll, and procurement tracking.
• You will collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to align finances with patient care goals.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• At least 8 years of accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Post-qualification experience of at least 3 years.
• Strong grasp of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
