Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleOur client, a leading player in the banking sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets within the Ikeja Computer Village market.Key ResponsibilitiesActively promote and sell the banks products and services to new and existing customers.Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition trends.Represent the bank professionally in all interactions and uphold brand values.Provide timely feedback and sales reports to the branch and sales manager.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related field.2 - 3 years proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Remuneration & BenefitsBasic Salary: 77,000 monthlyCommission: Attractive and performance-based13th Month SalaryLeave AllowanceCareer growth opportunities within the banking sectorHow to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to: hiring@mysigma.io with the subject line Direct Sales Executive Ikeja.
