• You will own day-to-day performance across field ops, logistics, onboarding, data, and compliance.
• You will drive cohesion across departments by defining shared KPIs, operating rhythms, and delivery standards.

• You will design cost-effective frameworks that support high-velocity growth without compromising quality or control.
• You will manage performance across geographies, setting operational SLAs and driving accountability across teams.

• You will lead quarterly and annual business planning cycles including goal-setting, resource planning, and forecasting.
• You will serve as the executive sponsor for high-priority projects, ensuring cross-functional outcomes across product, tech, and commercial teams.

• You will build and lead a team of world-class operational leaders ensuring a culture of ownership, transparency, and innovation.
• You will coach your teams to think proactively, execute efficiently, and challenge the status quo.

• 12–15 years of senior leadership experience in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
• A track record of managing multi-market operations, across Africa and beyond.
• Experience in commerce, fintech, supply chain.
• Strong analytical, systems-building, and P&L management capabilities.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• An MBA or similar advanced degree is strongly preferred.
